From the art nouveau fireplace in the RISD Museum to the indie shops that offer new products, there is something for everyone in this artistic hub. One of the first things that struck me about Providence was how people were taking advantage of their waterfront views. The public spaces along the rejuvenated waterfront are filled with life and energy, making it one of my favorite places to visit. Whether it’s a sunny day or a rainy day, people are always out and about enjoying their city – there’s truly something for everyone.
No matter what kind of food you like, you can find it in Providence! During our time exploring the city, we discovered some wonderful eateries that serve up delicious dishes from all over the world. We even found a few vegan-friendly restaurants that offer plant-based options for those who prefer them! If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, then this is definitely the place for you.
The streets of Providence are lined with indie shops offering new and innovative products from local entrepreneurs and artisans alike. Thanks to its proximity to Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), many artists have chosen to make their home here — meaning there is no shortage of locally made goods in this vibrant city. From fashion items to home decor pieces and everything in between, these little stores are sure to inspire even the most discerning shopper!
Providence is truly an inspiring place filled with creativity and energy – it was so amazing being able to go back there after all these years! From its vibrant public spaces along the waterfront to its interesting eateries and indie shops dotted around town, this city has something for everyone. There is no doubt that anyone who visits will leave feeling inspired by all they have seen and experienced! Thank you again Providence for such a wonderful trip down memory lane!
